Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hubble handles information collected through the hubble.ai marketing website (the "Site"). It covers visitors to the Site and the limited information the Site collects.

Scope. This policy applies to the marketing Site only. Hubble's platform connects to electronic health records and payers and may process protected health information (PHI) on behalf of customers. That processing is governed by the customer agreement and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) under HIPAA, not by this policy. No PHI is collected through the Site.

Information collected

Information provided directly. When a visitor requests a demo or gets in touch, Hubble receives the details the visitor chooses to share, such as name, work email, company, and the content of the message. Demo bookings are handled through Calendly, and contact requests open an email to Hubble.

Information collected automatically. With consent (see Cookies and consent below), Hubble uses analytics to understand how the Site is used. This may include pages viewed, referring links, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. Analytics are configured to be anonymous: Hubble does not create individual profiles of Site visitors and does not link Site activity to a named person.

Cookies and consent

Analytics cookies and similar technologies load only after a visitor accepts them through the consent banner. Declining keeps them off, and no analytics cookies are set. The two analytics tools Hubble uses are Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. Essential functions of the Site work without analytics cookies.

A visitor can change this choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, which re-opens the consent banner.

How information is used

  • To respond to demo requests and inquiries.
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance (analytics, only with consent).
  • To measure which campaigns bring visitors to the Site, using first-touch campaign parameters stored for the session.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of the Site.

Service providers

Hubble shares limited information with service providers that help operate the Site. None of these providers receive PHI.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) for website analytics. See policies.google.com/privacy.
  • PostHog for anonymous product and website analytics. See posthog.com/privacy.
  • Calendly for scheduling demo calls. See calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.

Data retention

Contact and demo-request details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage the resulting relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tools listed above.

Privacy rights

Depending on where a visitor lives, applicable law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR) may grant rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Requests can be made using the contact details below, and Hubble will respond as required by law. Declining analytics cookies through the consent banner opts a visitor out of Site analytics.

Security

Hubble maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. Hubble does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
